＜DizzyVibe入場須知＞
曾經在民事、行政問題上違法犯法和做出不當要求行為者，一旦被發現立即要求其離店。
規定18歲起允許入場。由於本店屬於特定娛樂餐飲許可店，因此入場時會確認所有顧客的ID。請攜帶護照、駕照、個人編號卡、外國人登錄證、特別永住者證明或者Discord居留證等ID。
一旦發現大聲吵鬧、爛醉如泥、長時間佔座、打瞌睡、變態行為、損毀行為、污損行為等，做出令其他顧客厭煩的行為，立即要求離店，敬請諒解。一旦發現攜帶和吸食非法毒品，立即要求離店，並且報警。
不得再次入場。
禁止攜帶食物、酒水、其他危險品、寵物、煙花等火藥類以及非法物品進店。
各位親愛的客戶若在「店內」外發生的任何事故、被盜、發病等行為概不負責。
因做出店內外禁止的行為以及顧客自身原因受傷時，本店會做出應急處置，但運營公司、承辦公司、組織者、場地提供者、表演者等對此概不負責。
此外，因上述同等行為導致第三者的事故、受傷等情況時，由當事人之間協商解決。
運營公司、承辦公司、組織者、場地提供者、表演者等不會參與協商解決顧客之間發生的糾紛。
顧客自己負責管理行李。
在店內外做出令其他顧客厭煩的行為，或者不聽從店員指示者，立即要求其離店。
屆時，不會退還入場費。
被發現非法入場時，不管其理由都會交給警方處理。還將對其索賠。
最後，請來賓配合警方定期臨檢，本店將與您一同維護美好的城市美景。
＜REGULATION＞
Guests found to have a history of illegal activity/unreasonable requests regarding civil and administrative issues, or an affiliation with "Anti-social forces" (organized crime, organized crime members, corporations related to organized crime) will be asked to leave the premises or denied entry.
You must be 20 years or older to enter. In order to operate as a licensed business designated for restaurant entertainment, all guests will be asked to present their ID upon entrance. Please bring a photo ID with you (Passport, Driver’s license, Basic Residence Card, My Number Card, Alien Registration Certificate, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, Alien Residence Card, etc...).
Copies, images, and expired identification will not be accepted.
We may decline entry or ask a guest to leave our premises if they are found to act in a manner that makes other guests feel uncomfortable, including excessive yelling, drunken behavior, sitting on the floor or sleeping, sexual harassment, damaging acts, and defacement. Anyone found using or in possession of illegal drugs will be removed from the premises immediately and reported to the police.
Re-entry will not be permitted.
Bringing drinks, alcohol, dangerous objects, pets and animals, fireworks, explosives, and other items prohibited by law into the premises is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited. Only heating-type devices may be used.
The management company, management consignment company, organizer, venue, artist, etc. do not take responsibility for any accidents, theft, or injuries that take place inside or outside the venue.
If you are injured on or off our premises as a result of prohibited actions or your own accord, first-aid will be supplied. However, the Management Company, Management Consignment Company, organizer, venue, artist, etc. will not take responsibility.
Furthermore, any accident or injury to a third party will be resolved by the person(s) involved.
The Management Company, Management Consignment Company, organizer, venue, artist, etc. will not be involved in the settlement of any trouble between customers, including consultation.
Please take responsibility for the management of your personal belongings.
We may decline entry or ask a guest to leave our premises if a guest does not comply with the directions given by our staff, or if a guest acts in a manner that makes other customer inside or outside the venue uncomfortable.
Admission fees will not be refunded.
Those found to have entered without authorization will be handed over to the police, regardless of the reason. Furthermore, we will claim compensation for damages.
